      Difficult to use

      I agree with the reviewer who said there must be a learning curve to using the jumbo deep waver. I was so excited to get this waver. I did a lot of research on wavers and the Amika Jumbo High Tide Deep Waver was mentioned on several reviews. I didn’t want to spend $120 but thought it must be worth it. I have long hair and lots of experience curling it but this waver definitely challenged me! My hair kept getting caught on something causing it to snag and break. I take extra good care of my hair so seeing strands of my hair breaking was upsetting. In the end, my waves weren’t very noticeable and my hair looked almost frizzy (like humid beach waves). I just don’t know if I’ll try again or return it but I definitely didn’t get the results I was hoping for.

      I get so many compliments when I use this on my hair. If you’re someone that loses curls right away, I challenge you to use this. Keeps curls all day! Great product!
